Hi! I am Levis, the owner of Top Legal Support. I am a virtual paralegal and Clio Certified Administrator with seven years of experience supporting U.S. attorneys across diverse jurisdictions, including California, Texas, New York, Illinois, and Oregon.

Since 2019, I’ve worked across the full legal workflow, from legal research and memo drafting, to motion formatting and full practice management using Clio. I work remotely, under attorney supervision, and I treat every engagement with the same confidentiality I would expect in any professional setting.

Discretion isn’t a policy here. It’s how I work.

My journey started in 2016 with in-depth scholarly research to support diverse professional needs, including psychology, philosophy, law, and business. I later learned how these were important in the legal field.

High-level Legal Research

In 2019, driven by my passion for justice, I narrowed down on research, settling on LexisNexis and Westlaw to help attorneys and compliance professionals strategize better and make informed decisions.

Legal Memo Drafting

Became a more strategic partner. Building on my experience as a legal researcher, I started to organize findings in detailed memos that presented arguments better. A good memo saves time better than a list of cases.

Legal Drafting

I realized I could add more value to matters by helping attorneys to draft routine documents like demand letters and notices of motions.

Case Management

I started learning how legal tech ecosystems help law firms manage matters, including Clio, Lawmatics, and DocketWise, and NetDocuments.

Clio Certified Administrator

After mastering Clio features, I took the course and became a Clio Certified Admin in April 2025!
